Alex Walcott has over 25 years of experience in mineral exploration. Through his leadership at Peter E. Walcott & Associates Limited, he conducted geophysical surveys integral to successes at GT Gold’s Saddle discoveries, Amarc Resources’ Aurora discovery, and Northwest Copper’s East Niv discovery. Alongside Charlie Greig, he has also greatly advanced Metal Energy’s NIV property.

B.Sc. Geology, M.Sc. Geology, University of British Columbia. With more than 40 years in the mineral exploration sector, C.J. (Charlie) Greig is among the most experienced and successful geologists in British Columbia, particularly in the geologically fertile northwest of the province. He is the 2022 recipient of the country’s top exploration award, the Prospector's and Developers Association of Canada's Bill Dennis Award for the discovery of the GT Gold Corp.’s Saddle South epithermal vein and Saddle North porphyry copper-gold deposits near Iskut B.C., acquired in 2021 by Newmont Corporation. He presently leads C.J. Greig & Associates Ltd., a geological consulting services team highly regarded for its technical expertise. Past projects include work on Brucejack Lake (Pretivm), Red Mountain (Lac Minerals, IDM), Silbak Premier (Westmin, Ascot), and IKE (HDI-Amarc), and abroad on such projects as La India in Mexico (Grayd, Agnico Eagle) and Bisha in Eritrea (Nevsun).

Mr. Ho is a chartered professional accountant working at Cross Davis & Company LLP, a chartered professional accountant firm, providing accounting services to publicly listed entities, primarily in the mining sector. Mr. Ho works directly with mining chief executive officers and directors, assisting with their regulatory and accounting needs.
